Technical Service Engineer (m/f/d)

Job requirements:
We are looking for Technical Service Engineer (m/f/d) who enjoy working in a dynamic and green company.
- Power electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and automation is preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome), relevant after-sales service experience in the PV industry is preferred.
- Proficient in English and Danish, other foreign languages are a plus, with a legal work permit, Danish proficiency is preferred.
- Proficient in computer and office software.
- Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and sense of teamwork, strong execution of target plan.
Job responsibilities:
- Mainly responsible for product after-sales service and technical support in Denmark.
- After-sales problem consulting, technical support.
- Remote service for product problems: telephone, email, social software communication support.
- On-site after-sales service: troubleshooting, replacement, upgrading and debugging, after-sales visits, etc.
- Distributors, installers, product technology training, after-sales process training, etc.
- Collect product failure problems, timely feedback on major quality issues, and closely cooperate with headquarters staff to carry out work to improve product quality.
- Daily work report and technical data collation, response to the company's after-sales policy.
