Our typical clients are international companies with headquarters in Denmark and subsidiaries of large multinationals. You will work with CxOs, CHRO’s as well as dedicated Compensation & Benefits Leaders and their teams. To ensure optimal support to clients, we work closely with our colleagues around the world.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Candidates will be required to:
- Perform account management for smaller/local clients and support senior relationship managers on large multinational clients
- Co-responsibility for relationship management, sales and client deliveries to larger Danish HQ-ed multinationals
- Support senior consultants in the reward space including workforce, rewards & benefits, job grading, career frameworks and mobility
- Provide advise on local reward structures & concepts for our clients
- Support and participate in the execution of client events
- Support with analysis and presentations based on Mercer databases

- Fast learner – with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams within Denmark and across borders
- Detail oriented with a high personal ambition to always ensure high-quality deliveries
- Fluent Danish and English

Your Professional experience
- Commercial mind-set & international outlook;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience from other consultancies and/or 2 years of experience from an HR function in a large company, preferably with touchpoints towards Compensation & Benefits
- A relevant education on Master level, with focus on HR/Reward related issues, statistics, analytics, economics, or finance
- Process development or project management experience
