Sales and Backoffice Manager, Poland

TITAN Containers are looking for a talented Sales and Backoffice Manager to drive sales excellence from A-Z in close collaboration with our Country Manager in Poland. The ideal candidate is passionate about the full customer experience, and at the same time is a strong coordinator and capable of contributing to the enhancement of our storage facilities, managing new builds, and securing the necessary compliance framework.
As our new Sales and Backoffice Manager at TITAN Containers you will be based in Warsaw. We offer you an exciting job in a global environment with a targeted growth strategy where you will play a key role in growing our business in Poland.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales / rental of containers to new and existing customers in Poland.
- Administration of contracts, bookings, invoicing and sending release- and transport orders.
- Managing depots, repairs and failures.
- Coordinating builds of new self-storage facilities in Warsaw’s area.
- Secure compliance with necessary ISO certifications.
- Managing yearly maintenance tests for the fleet of refrigerated containers.
Your qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience from a similar position within sales and admin.
- Motivated by creating a strong customer relationship.
- Enjoy working on several projects at the same time.
- Managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Polish language as native speaker, and fluent English.
