Global Sales Performance Analyst

As a Global Sales Performance Analyst at Wrist Ship Supply, your primary responsibility is to collect, organize and interpret sales data from various sources, such as Key Account Data, Master Data, Power BI, customers, and industry trends. This data is used to build performance reports, including dashboards and presentations that provide insights and recommendations for improving our sales performance and achieving our sales goals.
Besides the responsibility of monitoring, analyzing and interpreting our sales performance, you take on the responsibility to deliver and ensure qualified sales, customer and market data that support our new Group Strategy and various strategic projects, such as our KAM 2.0 strategy and Go-to-Market plans. Furthermore, you will play the role of project manager for some of these projects.
With reference to our Global Sales Director, you will become part of a strong sales team. The position is based in Nørresundby.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly/quarterly customer reports for the Key Account Managers
- Prepare monthly Global Sales performance reports
- Including deep-dive and interpretation of data
- Tracking of sales trends and identifying potential improvements
- Collaborate with KAMs and Global Sales team to understand their challenges, needs and feedback; offering them data driven solutions
- Key-part of our budget processing and ensure budgets are processed according to SoP
- Liaise with MasterData and BI team to ensure Key Account Data and BI reports are correct
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating customer engagement/meetings according to Account Plan
- Standardize and streamline administrative processes in Global Sales – and ensure that the processes are followed
Qualifications & requirements
- Experience within an international organization (preferably from a role within a sales organization)
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience (such as tables, pivots, V-Lookup, scenario planning, writing logical math formulas, data analysis)
- Strong analytical, technical and communication skills
- Knowledge of sales operations and strong business acumen
- Strong English communication skills in both written and verbal forms
- You have a problem-solving mindset
