Lead projects from A-Z
As a HERAX Senior Life Science Business Consultant, you will plan and execute projects for our clients – working collaboratively with others. You will be deeply involved in all project phases from the idea phase, to identifying the value adding areas, analyzing current and future processes and technology needs, vendor selection and implementation.
More specifically, your key tasks include:
- Analyzing client needs and translating these into the design, selection, or implementation of specific solutions
- Leading clinical IT projects, such as process improvements or the requisition of an IT system in the clinical area, including vendor selection, implementation, and process updates
- Bridge the gap between IT and business to ensure successful project outcomes
Excellent communicator with a passion for Life Science
It is expected that you have a master’s degree in life science (e.g., Health & Informatics, Biomedicine, Medicine with Industrial Specialization) or business administration (e.g., cand.merc.it, CBS-BIO, CBS-IHC).
You have +2-5 years of professional experience working as a consultant or project manager within the life science consulting- or pharmaceutical industry (preferably, within the R&D IT landscape).
In addition, we imagine that you:
- Have an eye for quality and are willing to go that extra mile to support the client
- Thrive in a high-performance environment and are able to lead the project team to a successful outcome
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills enabling you to navigate at all levels of an organization and convey even the most complex aspects in an easily understood manner
- Have a curious mindset and is eager to continually learn
- Demonstrate previous experience with agile delivery methods
- Speak and write English fluently and Danish on at least a basic level
