German-speaking Customer Service Supporter

Are you all about giving customers an unforgettable experience (preferably they’ll remember it, but you get the point) and optimizing processes so that they’ll get an even more unforgettable experience the next time (is that even a thing?)? Then we have the job for you.

You see, we’re looking for the next German-speaking Customer Service Supporter to join our in-house support team. The team currently counts 14 colleagues across 4 nationalities. A pretty damn nice and diverse bunch.

We’d love it if you’re someone who loves helping customers - whether it’s on the phone or an email. One thing is communicating with our customers, another thing is taking their challenges and turning them into specific input that we can use to improve the business. That means communicating with your future colleagues. Good thing is they’re pretty nice. Also, we’d love it if you’re quite technical. It’s not like we’re expecting an IT genius, but if you’ve worked in a tech company, have experience with any type of CMS system or the like, it’d be great. And it’s actually quite important, as we’d love if you’re able to put yourself in the customer’s shoes and understand their technical challenges pretty quickly. After all, we’re selling tech devices.

What you’ll be doing

  • Help and guide our current users and potential new customers via phone or mail
  • Reply to public product reviews or social media requests
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure all requests are followed through
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and drive resolutions
  • Collect customer feedback and ensure it is passed on as improvement requests
  • Document knowledge as solution articles in our internal knowledgebase

We imagine you’re someone who has

  • A few year’s experience with customer service
  • Good communication skills: We’re a Danish company, but our company language is English
  • Experience with Shopify and Zendesk
  • Fluency in German and English (Danish is a plus)
  • Technical flair

You’ll be reporting directly to our Head of Customer Success (his name is Kasper and he’s just as friendly as the ghost).

How is it working at OOONO?

Whenever you need a break from your important work stuff, you can get beat in table tennis, foosball, airhockey, Fifa (we have a dedicated PlayStation room), or just smalltalk about the weather by the coffee machine. We have monthly social events where we do anything from go-karting to going to festivals. Oh, and an annually skiing trip. Just because we like spending time together.
