As a Business Data Analyst specialising in PowerBI and the Power Platform, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

You’ll be a key player in our development of a robust Business Intelligence platform, with strong influence on identifying tasks, tools and solutions best suited to the business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, design intuitive user-friendly dashboards and reports, and provide valuable insights to key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with colleagues across the business to understand their data needs and requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining PowerBI dashboards and reports to visualise and analyse operational data.
  • Building data models and optimising queries for efficient data retrieval and analysis.
  • Creating automated workflows and data-driven solutions using the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Conducting data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements and business optimisation.
  • Collaborating with IT and compliance colleagues to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Providing training and support to end-users on how to implement and gain value from using the dashboards and other tools provided.

Are you the right person?

We imagine that you have a strong foundation and interest in data management and analysis, and the ambition to start/ develop your career in this field.

We’ll be looking at the following criteria:

  • Relevant business- or IT-related degree
  • Strong commercial awareness and interest
  • Proficiency and a strong interest in PowerBI and the Power Platform
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, querying, and analysis using SQL, Python or similar
  • Solid understanding of data visualisation best practices and principles, including user-friendliness
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate business intelligence data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly structured, organised and proactive with professional pride in exceeding expecations
  • Previous experience working with D365 F&O would be an advantage
  • Written and spoken Danish would be a strong advantage; fluent written and spoken English is a requirement.
