International Sales Manager – selected key markets in Europe, APAC, and the Middle East

As a key person in our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our innovative sofa beds and sofas to new and existing markets, making a tangible impact on our ambitious growth goals.

Imagine being the driving force behind expanding our footprint in selected key markets, where your day-to-day tasks involve engaging with diverse cultures, negotiating deals, and showcasing our original designs at international exhibitions. With a role that includes 60-80 travel days a year, you'll have the unique opportunity to explore the world, meet new people and bring our furniture to dealers across the globe.

Your expertise in B2B sales, coupled with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and furniture design trends, will be instrumental in forging lasting relationships and achieving sales excellence.

Your impact and responsibilities are:

  • Selling and promoting our brands across selected key markets through direct sales, agents, and distributors.
  • Develop and execute market strategies in collaboration with your dedicated colleagues.
  • Build sales when Innovation Living Group participates in renowned international fairs and exhibitions, showcasing our commitment to design innovation.
  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and close deals for new and existing dealers across selected key markets.
  • Ensure sales growth through engaging presentations and detailed product knowledge.
  • Collect, share, and discuss trends in the industry with your dedicated colleagues across our local offices in America, Ukraine, China, and Denmark.

The ideal candidate comes from a similar position in an international furniture and design company or with experience in the lifestyle industry. You will have a broad interface with stakeholders both internally and externally where your excellent communication skills in English will come in handy.

Your personal and professional qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will be a likable individual with a positive attitude, capable of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, demonstrating achievement of goals through energetic behavior, effective sales strategies, and sound decision-making.
  • Strong cultural understanding and ability to quickly build relationships and earn customer trust.
  • A keen eye for current furniture design trends, excellent organizational skills, and a goal-oriented approach to sales are essential.
  • Teamwork is an absolute requirement and part of our collective company culture as we believe in common success, and you must be motivated to work both individually and with colleagues.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English; additional languages are considered highly valuable as the job is culturally diverse.
