The Primary Research Analyst has the responsibility of identifying, developing, and maintaining a network of contacts and relationships in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry and organizations. Conducting telephone interviews with industry stakeholders across all tiers, attending events, conferences, and trade shows with the purpose of networking, collecting data, getting and exchanging knowledge - on a non-commercial basis - is the core part of the job.

You will be working on a range of projects within different therapeutic areas and develop unique insights of the pharmaceutical and biotechnological markets through interactions with internal and external experts. Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for ensuring that scope and objectives are met throughout the entire duration of the project and that all client requests are handled in a timely, accurate and unbiased manner. The Primary Research Analyst plays a key instrumental role in supporting the development of our business.

An academic background in pharmacy or in biotechnology is an advantage but not a necessity as extensive internal training will be provided. Fluent English is a must and knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Korean, Portuguese, Polish) is appreciated.

Success in the job depends to a high degree on your personality. The capacity to develop and maintain long-term relationships is crucial. We are looking for skilled individuals who can converse with a variety of people. You must be result-oriented and persistent with a desire to learn, highly dedicated and with strong analytical skills. We expect you to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects, rapidly changing priorities and deliver on tight deadlines. The learning curve will be steep, but your “can do” attitude and the support you will receive from training and from a focused dynamic team will push you to overcome the daily challenges.

You will join our Europe and Americas (EUAM) Office, based in the center of Copenhagen and at the same time work closely with colleagues at our Delhi office covering the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
