Implementation Consultant

Would you like to become a front figure and drive the implementation of our GMP Software at large and midsize life science companies?

Responsibilities

  • Plan and drive implementation projects
  • Educate and train the future super users
  • Configuration and integration
  • Documentation
  • User support handling
  • Stay on top of GMP trends and regulations

You will refer directly to our R&D director, together with whom there also will be some interaction and joint customer visits with our sales department.

Qualification

  • Your educational background is valuable, but we place a higher emphasis on your curiosity about IT, eagerness to learn, and problem-solving prowess, and a highly service-minded and customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, with proficiency in both English and Danish. German language proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in the life science manufacturing sector is not a prerequisite; we are looking for individuals with a keen interest in quality management and the ambition to evolve into GMP industry experts.
  • This role demands an ability to work effectively in a regulated environment, demonstrating the capacity to plan and execute tasks efficiently while meeting strict quality and validation standards.
  • A collaborative spirit is essential; we are seeking someone who is a proactive team player with an open mindset, skilled in achieving common goals, and adept at proactive thinking and expectation management.
