Student Assistant in Strategic Sourcing

As Student Assistant in Strategic Sourcing you will be part of our Global Innovation Development Commercial Excellence organization, and you will be driving cross-functional activities supporting your colleagues with e.g. data analysis, business strategy implementation, process improvements and change management.
Your primary tasks include
- Driving analytical and administrative processes related to sourcing activities.
- Performing research activities in relation to market and supplier screenings.
- Developing dashboards to visualize and monitor supplier data and performance.
- Participating in developing and optimizing sourcing processes.
- Securing usage and updates of our extensive tool kit e.g. on our Sourcing portal.
- Structure our Sourcing Drive according to new organizational setup.
- Assist our sourcing colleagues with various requests on analytics and tools.
Who you are
- You are studying a relevant bachelor's degree or just started your master's degree e.g. within Supply Chain or a finance or economics-related field.
- You are analytical and have strong MS Office skills especially Excel (pivot table) and PowerPoint.
- You have a passion for BI tools or would like to learn and a flair for numbers (Sharepoint, Power BI, and PowerApp).
- You possess the talent to transform data and analyses into logical storylines supporting decision making in relation to e.g. management meetings and sourcing activities such as supplier negotiations.
- You thrive in a big, dynamic organization where the ambitions are high.
- In our matrix organization, frequent cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders is essential. Thus, comfort with numerous stakeholder interactions is crucial.
- You are fluent in English in both verbally and in writing.
