At Combineering, we specialise in resource recycling and environmental legislation. Among other things, we convert waste and residues from both public and private companies into new raw materials – and when joining our Logistics & Operations department at our office in Birkerød, you will quickly find that this is what we are all passionate about.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing operations and logistics of several international projects
- Document management in connection with transports
- Daily contact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordination of logistical tasks with customers and carriers
- Process preparation, ongoing process optimization
- Monitoring the financial well-being of the projects
- Administration of projects – including order management
- Various ad hoc tasks within the logistics and freight forwarding areas
- Active participation in the monthly financial review
About you
You have experience with logistics coordination, perhaps freight forwarding trained. Moreover, you are collaborative but thrive with the responsibility of your own tasks. You have a good eye for detail and are motivated by working in a structured and systematic manner with your tasks. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and possibly another language.
You have an affinity for working with figures and are an experienced user of Microsoft Office . You are flexible and able to stay calm and composed even in difficult situations.
