Frederikssund Municipality communicates a great deal visually, which is something that the municipality would like to extend to its job ads. This is why the municipality was specifically in search of a supplier that could ensure them a solution that focuses on graphic elements. “I run statistics when it’s time to renew our contract. But experience has shown that considerably more people look at our ads on Jobindex”, Kenneth Jensen says.

”Our visual identity is of great concern to us. We’ve focused on it for years now. Using the Special Layout has been a decisive factor for our ads. The municipality’s recruiting is decentralised, and even though Kenneth doesn’t work hands-on with recruiting, he knows that his recruiting colleagues are getting what they need.

“I would know if the job ads weren’t working. So it’s good that I don’t hear anything because it’s a sign that they’re getting the candidates we need. The basic issue has been solved; we don’t need to advertise anywhere else”, he says. He concludes by saying that

“I’ve spoken with a number of candidates who think that the ads have a minimal and modern look. They probably aren’t exactly used to seeing this from a municipality”.
