Reference checks enhance the recruitment process and increase your chances of hiring the right employee. This is done by evaluating how former managers and/or colleagues assess the candidate in specific situations. We collect 1-2 references per candidate and will, of course, discuss with you if there are particular topics you would like us to cover.
