The right preparation is crucial for successful recruitment. As a recruitment agency, we are sector-specific to provide optimal consultancy – you get a consultant who follows you from start to finish. We have over 25 years of experience in the Danish job market, and you'll benefit from our reliable advice from the start. This is when we discuss your needs based on our knowledge of the industry, the candidates and the current job market.
What does the job and candidate market look like? What trends are at play? What are candidates’ current behaviour traits? This is what we explore. We also examine your position in the market – and of course the profile and requirements for the position.
We conduct an in-depth examination of this and more. With the groundwork in place, we are fully prepared for the next steps.
An online job ad on our platform(s) is included. Depending on the profile we are recruiting for, the ad will be searchable and appear on one or more of the following sites: Jobindex, StepStone, Computerworld and Computerworld it-jobbank.
For your job ad, you'll get feedback from an experienced copywriter in our in-house employer branding agency to ensure your ad hits the mark. This means that if you prefer, you can even have our copywriter write the ad from scratch. It's all part of the process and a need that we assess together with you.
In addition, one of our digital designers will ensure that you also get a visual supplement to the ad: a teaser in the search result on Jobindex that both draws attention and matches your graphic identity.
Candidate selection
As the country's largest job portal, we have always done our utmost to build a special relationship with candidates. This is an advantage when we recruit for you – because in Jobindex alone, our recruitment consultants can dive into a pool of 245,000 CVs. That's more than 8% of the workforce in Denmark who want us to have direct access to them there.
Alongside this search, we conduct targeted searches on LinkedIn – and in the CVs at StepStone and Computerworld it-jobbank when relevant to the profile.
Even when we find relevant candidates who aren't necessarily job seekers, we contact them and encourage them to apply for the position. We screen all candidates, present the most suitable ones, and in our pre-interviews we specify the potential of the most relevant candidates – and answer any questions.
Rounding up
If you have purchased references and/or personality tests, this is when we perform the Talent Test TT38 and obtain references. There are a total four add-on modules that provide extra insight, and you can select them as needed.
We ensure consistent communication with candidates throughout the process, answering questions along the way and sending rejection letters to those who will not proceed to the interview stage.
This means that from our pre-interviewed candidates, you simply call the ones you want to interview. The interviews – and rejection letters for those who are unsuccessful at interview – are your responsibility. We take care of the rest.
