If you wish to gain a solid basic understanding of diversity, bias and inclusion that you can use to write inclusive job ads, this training session is perfect for you. We review what generally makes for a good job ad design – and show you how to incorporate diversity and inclusion while eliminating bias, using a couple of your own job ads as a starting point.

The training session focuses on two specific topics

  • What is diversity, inclusion and bias?
  • What makes a good job ad and which are the best ways to incorporate diversity into a job ad?

What you will learn during the training

You will learn about diversity, inclusion and bias and why you should actively work with them in your job ads. You will also learn how to structure a good job ad and receive tips on how to communicate your content. If you wish, we can take a handful of your own job ads as our starting point.

How it works

The training session is hosted by an experienced copywriter who shares their expertise. We have a team of copywriters who specialise in employer branding and the job ad as a genre and have thousands of successful ads under their belts.

  • We agree on a date. Once the date is in place, we will arrange to meet you briefly to align expectations as to the content.
  • We hold the training session on the Microsoft Teams platform. You are free to invite as many employees as you wish to join us.
  • The training session lasts one to one and a half hours. Time will be allowed for questions.
  • We hold training sessions in Danish or English.
