We are rebuilding TYRA II
At TotalEnergies, one key example of our transition towards a low-carbon energy future is the redevelopment of Tyra.
Tyra is Denmark's largest natural gas field, and the center for processing and distributing gas to Denmark and several other countries. Tyra started production in 1984 but was temporarily shut-in in 2019 due to its redevelopment. Once back on stream, Tyra II will become Denmark’s new high-tech hub of natural gas and secure a continued production for at least 25 years at 30% lower CO2 emissions.

Wrote her master thesis about change management based on the acquisition of Maersk Oil by TotalEnergies
Started out as a Student Assistant but has grown into more senior roles within Communications at TotalEnergies
Visited an offshore platform in the North Sea and has among other things experienced the crew’s unique Christmas traditions
I have had a lot of great development opportunities as we develop an individual training plan together with our manager and HR. For example, I recently took a class in journalism, and last year I completed an offshore (BOSIET) course, and much more is on my list.

I started out as a Student Assistant and now I’m working as Communications Partner for Tyra Redevelopment and Social Media Lead for TotalEnergies in Denmark – I’m really proud of my achievements, and the things I’ve learned so far.
