The Lectra Northern Europe team, for the office in Herning (Denmark), is looking for its new field technician.

Mission

Install and implement Lectra Hardware and Software Solutions (including customer training)
Ensure customer care in the region with a focus on Denmark, Sweden and Norway
Communicate about the customer situation with the Technical Manager (based in Herning) and the other team members in the region
Remote Support: contact customers to resolve issues
On site interventions to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
