Device Support Specialist for Novocure

Do you wish to be primary contact for supporting patients in therapy? And to be responsible for answering questions in relation to technical and user-specific questions?

For our client, Novocure, we are searching for a Device Support Specialist (DSS) for a contract of minimum 1 year employment. The primary responsibility in this role is providing general support, training and replacement for all Novocure medical devices to patients.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for planning and carrying out patient visits at intervals of 4 weeks (2 weeks for clinical patients), including the organization of the required material.
  • Dealing with troubleshooting for the equipment at the patient’s home according to a defined procedure and ensure close co-operation with GTS (Global Technical Support).
