Salesforce Administrator & Application Specialist
Are you ready to step into a Nordic media house in transformation and help shape the Salesforce platform that drives AdSales across 4 countries?
Then join us and grow your skills in Salesforce, flows, data handling and application lifecycle management – all within an informal culture with room to learn and develop.
At Aller, you will:
- Influence how our sales organisation works with systems and processes across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland
- Join a small, collaborative team where communication and initiative shape how we work.
Aller Media Nordic - a media house in transformation
We are one of Scandinavia’s leading media companies and are currently transitioning toward a unified Nordic structure with a new strategy and leadership team. You will join an informal working environment where collaboration, learning and transparency are central – especially in times of change.
Work in the intersection of support, operation, optimisation and application development
Especially in the beginning, you will handle operational support tasks to understand the business, the solution and our Nordic setup. From there, you will increasingly drive improvements, optimise processes and participate in cross-country projects.
Over time, this will develop into an approximate 70/30 balance between support tasks and long-term development work.
You will, for example:
- Handle support and operational tasks across our Salesforce and Advendio setup
- Implement, test and document enhancements, ensuring they make sense for the business and follow Salesforce best practices
- Design, optimise and maintain flows and process automations (including advanced flows), contributing to higher efficiency and quality across AdSales
- Train users, prepare clear documentation and continuously communicate statuses to the team and stakeholders across countries
You can expect 5-10 travel days per year to participate in projects and consolidated onsite user sessions across our sites in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. We are open to candidates from all Nordic locations, although being based in Denmark is an advantage.
A self-driven Salesforce profile who can navigate both structure and change
There are several entrances into this position, and your experience is more important than your specific educational background. We expect at least a few years of experience from a similar position and that you know how to challenge requests constructively and keep stakeholders aligned.
As part of a journey where not everything is fully defined yet, you thrive in a changing environment where transparency, proactivity and daily communication are key – and where some days take one step forward and two sideways.
We expect that you:
- have practical experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, process builder, security setup) and understand how to design solutions that scale
- are eager to learn Advendio – prior experience is not required
- understand CRM and sales processes and can translate business needs into system logic
- speak English fluently, as it is the corporate language across Tech and the wider organisation.
