Som Building Instruction Developer (BID’er) bidrager du til at sikre forbrugeren den optimale bygge- og legeoplevelse ved at udvikle byggesteps til vores LEGO byggevejledninger. Inden du tegner byggesteps i 3D værktøjet og monterer dem i 2D, sikrer du, at udfordringerne i modellen matcher målgruppen, og at dit samlede arbejde stemmer overens med projektrammerne for kvalitet, økonomi og tid.

Du vil ligeledes fungere som byggevejledningscoach i samarbejde med model- og elementdesignere. Coach-holdene fungerer som sparringspartnere under hele designprocessen, og du vil som BID’er have medindflydelse på både modelkompleksitet og byggeoplevelse. Undervejs i projektforløbene har du kontakt til alle projektdeltagere, og samarbejdet på tværs af faggrupperne sikrer tidligt i forløbet, at vores LEGO modeller til stadighed lever op til vores høje kvalitetsniveau.

As Building Instruction Developer (BID’er), you contribute to ensure that the consumer obtains the optimal building and playing experience by developing the various steps in creating a LEGO Model.

Before you create the various building steps in 3D and convert the steps into 2D, you ensure that the development challenges for the model match the target group and that your final work meets the project frames for quality, budget and time.

You will furthermore function as building instruction coach in cooperation with model and element designers. The coach teams act as sparring partners during the entire design process and as BID’er, you will be able to influence the complexity and experience of building the model. In your daily work, you are in touch with all project participants and this cross-functional collaboration ensures that all LEGO Models continuously meet our high quality standards.
