Are you a detail-oriented P&O professional who enjoys working with people, processes and systems? Join Xellia’s Copenhagen P&O team for a one-year interim assignment and help deliver high-quality support across the entire employee lifecycle – from hire to retire.
You will join a small, collaborative P&O & Payroll team in Copenhagen, supporting our Danish and Norwegian organisations and working with international colleagues. With four colleagues in the local team and approximately 18 across global P&O, you will have varied responsibilities, direct contact with employees and managers, and the opportunity to contribute to improvements in how we work.
You will provide reliable day-to-day P&O administration and practical support across the hire-to-retire process, including:
You take accountability for your commitments and adapt readily when priorities change. You combine practical functional knowledge with confidence in P&O systems and tools, and you work well with colleagues and stakeholders from different cultures and backgrounds. You listen to the needs of managers and employees and take pride in providing reliable support.
