We have recent led our transformation from taking Arla IT & Digital from a plan-build-run operating model to a product-led organization. Our ambition with this change is to strengthen end-to-end product accountability, introduce more fit-for-purpose practices, improve cross-team transparency, and create common guidance and capability-building activities across IT & Digital.
How will you make an impact
As Experienced IT Specialist in the IT Excellence team, you will take ownership of key transformation and continuous-improvement initiatives, moving between strategic thinking, practical design, stakeholder alignment and hands-on execution. Your key responsibilities will include
- Shape and improve our IT operating model and product-led ways of working, translating ambitions into our product lifecycle model, roadmaps, roles, and processes.
- Drive adoption and anchoring of change, ensuring new ways of working become part of everyday behaviors and continue to evolve after implementation.
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, creating alignment across stakeholders, clarifying ownership, and turning complex challenges into actionable solutions.
- Use data, insights, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities, challenge existing practices, and help demonstrate progress and value.
- Enable leaders and teams to succeed with change through facilitation, capability building, clear guidance, and practical tools.
This is a maternity cover position of 12 months based in Aarhus.
What will make you successful
You bring solid experience within organizational transformation, operating-model development, change management, continuous improvement, management consulting, or a similar field.
You are comfortable translating ambition into action and have experience driving change from design through implementation and adoption. You combine a structured and analytical mindset with strong stakeholder-management and facilitation skills. We expect the ideal candidate brings
- 5+ years of experience with large-scale transformation initiatives
- Experience with or understanding of product-led IT organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with organizational design, capability building, performance insights or agile/continuous-improvement practices is an advantage
Most importantly, you are pragmatic and hands-on. You are comfortable challenging existing thinking, navigating ambiguity, and creating momentum without relying on formal authority.
