As Finance Manager, Synergies Enabler you will become part of the team supporting synergy delivery from the merger with DMK. You will work closely with finance leaders and business stakeholders, acting as a synergy partner and helping connect strategic ambition with financial execution. You will combine hands-on financial analysis with stakeholder management and project execution
How you will make an impact
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Finance, you will join a highly engaged team of eight finance professionals working close to Arla’s performance management agenda and across our global organization. Your key responsibilities will include
- Partner with finance leads and business stakeholders in solving synergy-related challenges, using financial analysis and modelling to translate business initiatives into measurable financial impact
- Support the identification and quantification of merger synergies, working closely with finance and business stakeholders to establish robust financial baselines, assumptions and value potential
- Support the tracking of synergy realization and P&L impact, creating transparency on progress and helping connect operational delivery with financial outcomes
- Drive efficient and transparent synergy reporting and help turn complex financial information into clear insights and messages for senior management
- Support the broader synergy agenda through strong project management, bringing structure, follow-up and momentum to initiatives involving stakeholders across the organization
What will make you successful?
We are looking for someone who combines strong financial capabilities with curiosity, business understanding and an ability to see the bigger picture. You enjoy getting into the details when necessary, but equally important, you can step back, connect the dots and turn complex information into a clear narrative. The ideal candidate brings
- 6+ years of relevant experience from finance or strategy functions; for example finance business partnering, strategic finance, consulting or corporate strategy
- A relevant university degree within Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate analysis into insights, recommendations and actions
- A strategic mind and ability to build the bigger picture and develop a compelling narrative from complex information
- A solid project management tool box and is comfortable bringing structure and momentum to complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to condense details into precise, executive-level messages
- Strong relationship building and sparring partnering, and is comfortable collaborating across functions and organizational levels.
