Supply Planning Manager

Lead the team that keeps 30,000 SKUs in balance

At EET, inventory is not a back-office topic. It is where our profit, our cash and our customers’ trust are decided. We are looking for a Supply Planning Manager who wants to own that balance and lead the team that gets it right every day.

We serve more than 30,000 customers, ship more than 1,000,000 deliveries a year, hold 30,000 SKUs in stock and 1.2 million in our catalogue, sourced from around 1,000 vendors. EET is small enough to change direction quickly and big enough for your decisions to show in the numbers.

Why this role, why now

Over the past decade we have built a structured S&OP function with clear processes, solid governance and strong support for the business. Now we need a leader to take it further: sharper tactical planning, statistical forecasting used every day, and a planning model that keeps pace as we continue to integrate acquired companies into the EET platform.

The job and the team

You will lead one of our supply planning teams and be part of the S&OP leadership team, together with supply planning managers across our European locations and a dedicated demand planning and analytics team. You report to the S&OP Director.

Your planners work daily with vendors, product management and sales. You set the direction, clear the roadblocks and step in when a situation needs to be escalated.

What you will drive

  • S&OP: own and facilitate the monthly S&OP meetings for your business lines.
  • Balance: healthy inventory against the service our customers expect, measured on stock days, availability and obsolescence.
  • Projections: weekly inventory projections, so we act before problems become write-downs.
  • Vendors: follow up on vendor performance, lead times and delivery reliability.
  • Demand: align demand expectations with our commercial teams and turn them into buy plans.
  • Capability: develop the team’s use of statistical forecasting and advanced planning in ToolsGroup SO99+.
  • Integration: bring newly acquired companies into EET’s planning processes.

Who you are

There is more than one way into this role. You may already be an experienced supply planning leader, or a strong S&OP specialist ready for your first management role. Your background might be a degree in business, engineering or supply chain, or solid hands-on experience in the field.

  • You have a solid understanding of inventory management and planning best practice.
  • You have worked with advanced forecasting and planning systems.
  • You are analytical and use data to make, and defend, decisions.
  • You manage stakeholders well enough to say no to a sales director and a vendor on the same afternoon, and keep both relationships intact.
  • You are a people leader who builds a team others want to join.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts.
  • You speak and write Danish and English fluently.

What we offer

  • A role with direct, visible impact on profit, cash and customer service.
  • Part of the S&OP leadership team, working closely with business line directors and Group management.
  • An international environment with colleagues across Europe, in a company that keeps growing through acquisitions.
  • Your base is our headquarters in Birkerød, with some travel to other European sites.

Interested?

  • Please apply for the position no later than 13th of November 2026 and preferably as soon as possible, as interviews will be held on an ongoing basis. Use this link: https://eetgroupas.bamboohr.com/careers/103?source=aWQ9MTE%3D
  • If you have any questions, please reach out S&OP Director Rie Søderberg Hoffmann at +45 28 57 46 98

EET is a special place to work as we are constantly growing, changing and developing. There has not been a single day since I began working here that has been the same, and I really feel that my work here is appreciated.
