That’s why we are looking for a Programme Delivery Manager to lead our ambition.
How you will make an impact
As Programme Delivery Manager, you will transform how customer data works across Arla through our Customer Master Data Programme. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to establish and strengthen governance, data quality, and lifecycle management, with a clear focus on measurable outcomes.
In this role, you will influence how customer data is owned and used across markets, systems, and functions - helping embed standards into everyday ways of working so it becomes easier for customers and colleagues.

In this role, your contribution goes beyond supporting progress as you will be a key part in shaping it. The impact of your work is reflected in cleaner, more trusted data, more streamlined processes, and customer journeys that deliver real and lasting value. With strong sponsorship and close collaboration with senior stakeholders, you will have the autonomy to drive progress and turn plans into outcomes.
Your core responsibilities will include
- Lead programme initiatives across governance, business processes, and technology
- Run customer data governance with clear Data Owner/Data Steward roles and decision forums
- Define and roll out customer data standards, business rules, and lifecycle governance
- Improve data quality using KPIs and dashboards - shifting from reactive fixes to proactive prevention
- Partner with IT on MDM platforms and embed governance in tools like Collibra (Data Navigator)
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, IT, and teams across markets
