Senior Power Platform Adoption Specialist

Are you an experienced Microsoft Power Platform specialist who enjoys empowering others through training and adoption? If you’re passionate about enabling users to maximize the Power Platform, we invite you to join us as a Senior Adoption Specialist and lead global adoption at Arla.

In this role, you’ll support teams in adopting Power Platform as a key tool for automation and productivity. You’ll help guide the shift toward smarter ways of working, ensuring everyone benefits from our digital solutions. As part of our Center of Excellence, you’ll help manage Power Platform incl. Copilot Studio and personal productivity tools like Copilot for M365, empowering colleagues to collaborate and work efficiently from anywhere.

We collaborate with Microsoft, providing feedback and adopting new features early to drive continuous improvement. Our team values organisational change and strives to deliver real value in an ever-evolving SaaS environment.

How you will make an impact

You bring practical knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Pages) and experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) or similar RPA tools. A strong understanding of environments, DLP policies, connectors, and data security within Power Platform is essential.

You will play a vital role in upskilling colleagues to become Certified Citizen Developers in Power Platform. As a mentor, you will empower users and foster organisational change. In this role, you will help lead the global adoption of Power Platform across Arla, working collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Your work will promote a smarter, more efficient approach to business processes, shaping how our global teams collaborate and create value together.

More specifically, you will:

• Empower colleagues by enabling adoption of Power Platform tools across Arla.
• Upskill and support Citizen Developers with standard processes, mentorship, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement of governance models for Power Platform components.
• Explore emerging technologies such as Generative AI and assess their potential for Arla’s digital transformation.
• Translate technical concepts into user-friendly messaging, developing compelling communication materials - such as guides, videos, and presentations - that clearly convey the value of Power Platform in practice.
• Establish and grow citizen developer communities, enabling a decentralized model of support and shared learning across functions and geographies.
• Track and analyze adoption metrics using surveys, platform analytics, and qualitative feedback to continuously improve the approach and demonstrate value.

To succeed in this role, we assume that you can tick most of the following boxes:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Power Platform Admin Center and Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit.
• PowerShell scripting for administrative tasks or troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with AI Builder.
• Experience with creating custom connectors.
• Understanding data integration (SQL, APIs...).
• Knowledge or connected Azure services (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, Azure AI Search).
• Strong Interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and make people excel.
• Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and influence across functions, cultures, and seniority levels.
• Ability to communicate in both business and technical language, bridging the gap between users, developers, and product teams.
• Advanced English skills (written and verbal) for collaboration in an international environment.
