Senior IT Delivery Lead, Data Center and Cloud - Viby J

Are you an IT Infrastructure specialist with a passion for making a positive impact on the delivery of data center services in a large Enterprise company?

We’re looking for an IT Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team in Viby J as part of IT Foundation. You’ll be at the core of our infrastructure deliveries across both on-prem and cloud-based data centers, setting the pace for a skilled team of IT specialists. Together, you’ll drive optimization initiatives, manage key stakeholders and ensure a strong collaboration with our vendors.

How you will make an impact

As IT Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in managing Arla’s infrastructure landscape – both in the cloud and on-prem. You’ll work closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and CloudOps engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement. Furthermore, your key responsibilities include:

• Evaluate new infrastructure requests to ensure requirements are met before implementation.
• Set the direction for the team and manage the backlog of project items to be delivered in accordance with Arla’s strategy for your given area.
• Oversee vendor and CloudOps performance for both on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring delivery according to contracts and expectations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for cloud and on-prem services, ensuring alignment with Arla’s IT principles.
• Review and assess monthly support costs from data center vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement of Cloud Operations services in Azure and GCP through close collaboration with CloudOps engineers.

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field.
• 5-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Technical expertise in Azure, on-prem data centers (Virtual Machines).
• Experience in vendor management and service delivery.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical initiatives.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, agile ways of working & project management.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
