How will you make an impact?

You will join an inspiring, supply chain finance organization that has established a clear focus on our international supply chain. You will be a part of a team, that provide all the data Global Supply Chain need for the performance dialogue of current sites, and are further responsible for setting up systems and processes that can be used for data capture, forecasting, reporting.

In this role you will work closely and spar with a dedicated team across Supply Chain Finance Process Optimization where there are continuous opportunities to learn and develop.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Maintain and develop current and new tools for performance management measurements and standards within Supply Chain, introduce new ways of working with the support from your colleagues
• Make sure that standards and processes are being followed, communicated and implemented, reflected in the tools and reports
• Participate in implementation of new systems , utilizing IT resources and reporting tools, collaborating with Supply Chain Finance team
• Foster collaboration with stakeholders in Global Supply Chain, Finance Business Partners and IT, ensuring efficient project progression and standardization of processes and systems.

What will make you successful

You have a relevant financial master’s degree and several years within finance function giving you solid theoretical and practical knowledge that matches your business acumen. We also look forward to seeing candidates with:

• Demonstrated finance expertise, translating financial data into actionable business strategies.
• Assertive professional demeanor, capable of challenging financial proposals and establishing credibility as a key partner.
• Experienced with project leadership, emphasizing execution and effective stakeholder management with passion for development and continuous improvement
• Familiarity with Supply Chain, performance management tools, data driven approach in complex system environments
• Experience with SAP, as well as other relevant reporting tools is an advantage
• Willingness and capability to contribute as a senior specialist and subject matter expert in the team
