The Demant Graduate Programme

Your graduate journey is built around three to four exciting rotations over two years, giving you the chance to explore different areas of our business while taking on real, impactful projects. Every step of the way, you’ll be growing your skills, broadening your perspective, and building a strong international network.

Stepping into the Finance Graduate track has been both challenging and rewarding. You’re constantly pushed to think strategically and take ownership from day one, but you’re never doing it alone. Your journey as a Finance Graduate

As a Finance Graduate, you’ll gain exposure to Business Controlling, Treasury, Tax, Risk Management, Consolidation and External Reporting, Finance Processes, and Strategy, along with insights into our Shared Service Organization in Stettin, Poland, and our Global Finance Organization.

We welcome graduates interested in finance process, compliance, treasury, business finance, management reporting, as well as those focused on accounting, and tax. Your rotations and responsibilities will align with current business needs and your skills and interests. Tasks may involve process mapping, report building, budgeting, sales and cost forecasting, financial software training, process optimization, and inter-company reconciliation. Data collection, management, and number review may also be part of your role, offering you a well-rounded understanding of our business.

Throughout your rotations you will strengthen your analytical and quantitative skills as well as effective communication and presentation abilities. We expect that you are a team player with a problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

Regardless of the specific tasks, you’ll experience a steep learning curve, a high level of trust, and work on impactful projects with inspiring colleagues in a dynamic environment.

Recruitment process

15th - 19th December: Notification on the status of your application.

5th – 9th January: Online interviews.

22nd January: On site Graduate Assessment Center at our headquarters in Smørum close to Copenhagen.

26th January - 6th February: Final interviews including personality assessments.

During the spring there will be social gatherings and visits to Kongebakken to prepare you for the start on 1st of September 2026

Graduate Programme

The Graduate Programme at Demant offers you a unique opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills. You will join us in creating life-changing differences through hearing health to millions of people worldwide.

For the programme starting on 1st September 2025, we offer eight different tracks; Quality Engineering, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Global Business / Retail, Commercial Excellence, Audiology and IT. No matter which track you choose, the programme will lead you through a two-year journey. Depending on the track, you will have 3-4 different rotations lasting for 6-8 months each.
