Your graduate journey is built around three to four exciting rotations over two years, giving you the chance to explore different areas of our business while taking on real, impactful projects. Joining the Global Business Graduate track comes with a lot of exciting challenges and a steep learning curve. But at the same time, you’re also met with tons of support from both managers and colleagues who really want to see you succeed. The track managers have put a lot of thought into how you can grow and develop professionally during your different rotations, and you can really feel that when you're part of the program.
In the Global Business - Hearing Care track, you will join the Audika Group, the Hearing Care division of Demant, and one of the world’s leading hearing care retailers, with over 4.000 clinics across +25 markets. Here, you will work in an inspiring and collaborative environment, engaging with diverse markets, cultures, and perspectives alongside talented, purpose-driven colleagues worldwide.
You will start in either Commercial Excellence or Marketing and then transition into the other, giving you experience across both functions and a deep understanding of how we drive performance globally. The first rotation will be in an analytical role, where you will build a strong foundation by understanding the consumer journey, learning how our data is created and structured, and mastering key marketing and sales KPIs. In the second rotation, you will put these insights into action by supporting business decisions and contributing to initiatives that create real impact across markets. Finally, in your third rotation, you will join one of our international markets, working closely with local teams to bring global strategies to life and make a tangible difference for our customers. Together, we will deliver life-changing hearing care and help Audika Group become the global leader in our industry, while accelerating your professional growth and building your ability to drive impact internationally.

The Graduate Programme at Demant offers you a unique opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills. You will join us in creating life-changing differences through hearing health to millions of people worldwide.
For the programme starting on 1st September 2025, we offer eight different tracks; Quality Engineering, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Global Business / Retail, Commercial Excellence, Audiology and IT. No matter which track you choose, the programme will lead you through a two-year journey. Depending on the track, you will have 3-4 different rotations lasting for 6-8 months each.
