Smørum and hybrid
At Demant, we don’t just develop and produce high-quality hearing aids - we also operate a large Hearing Care division, where our care teams, including audiologists, directly help people with hearing loss find the right hearing aids to improve their quality of life. Technology and digitalization are the cornerstones of our business, promoting innovation and better customer experience.
To support our growth agenda, we are streamlining our entire value chain by replacing both global and local solutions. During the next 6-8 years, we expect to replace more than 100 applications, implementing new CRM, ERP, and integrating audiology, contact center solutions as well as enable operational reporting in 20+ markets.
This transformation cannot succeed without focused attention on building the right solutions and building the solutions, right.
We have established a program that spans both business and IT, and crosses international borders – to fulfill our goals while ensuring that we create the right solutions effectively. We execute according to SAFe methodology and as we gain more experience, we refine and improve the way we work and collaborate.
Your first project will be to lead the onboarding of an acquired company to an existing platform. There could also be tasks in relation to implementation of a “global” solution to ensure we live up to e-invoicing requirements across our sites. Later next year you will be involved in or leading onboarding of our countries to the new Global Template after a final scoping exercise – in collaboration with the product teams as well as our OCM track.
As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities would include:

At Demant, we believe that work is more than just tasks. It’s also about teamwork, learning, and shared experiences, especially when traveling.
This transformation will run for the next 7-8 years. In the early stages, our focus will be on building the foundation across all markets/countries – and then about mid next year, start onboarding markets to the new template, while adjusting to legal requirements not already in the global template.
You come from a large global or international organization where you have managed global implementation projects or programs and interacted with senior/executive stakeholders, while getting your teams to thrive and deliver at their best.
To thrive in this position, you should have:
Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:
