We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Project Manager to take a leading role in coordinating and delivering R&D releases across multiple teams, platforms, and product programs. In this position, you will bring together people, processes, and technology to ensure timely, quality deliveries that drive innovation and customer value.
You will be joining an organization located in global R&D. Here you will find +1000 people working in the areas of electronics, mechanics and acoustics towards the same goal of creating life-changing hearing healthcare. CESW consists of 160 people and is in the Device Software department, which consists of 400 people. You’ll be part of an innovative R&D organization that values diversity, curiosity, and teamwork. Reporting to the Senior Director of Connectivity & Embedded Software, you will join the team responsible for our Hearing Aid platform releases in a safely regulated environment compliant with IEC62304, together with Requirement and Test managers. This is executed in a SAFe governed environment, where the releasable deliveries are generated in the ARTs. You will be part of the CESW (Connectivity and Embedded Software) leadership team, collaborating with managers, architects, and other SAFe ART leaders.

You probably have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in software development or engineering and have documented experience within SAFe, embedded software and project management. Furthermore, we look for the following skills and experiences:
Maybe you also have prior experience working with projects interfacing into a SAFe governed environment.
