You will join the Digital Business Systems team in Global Marketing, working closely with experienced specialists in both Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Metadata Specialists to deliver high-quality product marketing content across B2B & B2C channels — print and digital.

What tasks are waiting for you?

With a background in information systems, business, or similar, you bring hands-on experience from e-Commerce or product website-driven environments. You understand how structured product data impacts customer experience and commercial success — and you know how to turn business needs into scalable system solutions.

You will work as a Specialist and Editor for our global PIM projects within the Global Marketing department. Your main goal will be to ensure that marketing product data is accurate, structured, and aligned with business goals.

You will:

  • contribute to the deployment and development of PIM solutions globally
  • maintain and distribute marketing product information for both global and local markets
  • manage & coordinate the translation process within PIM
  • collaborate closely with the DAM team to align on taxonomy (product and marketing) and cross-system requirements for our deliveries
  • coordinate deliveries with our Global Marketing Planning team and your PIM delivery colleagues – We have several product launches through the year and collaboration, timely deliveries, and a proactive approach is key for successful deliveries

It would be great if you:

  • have 2–5 years’ experience with PIM or DAM systems (e.g. InRiver, Bluestone, Struct, Aprimo or Bynder)
  • understands dataflows, taxonomies, and governance
  • Understands cloud integrations
  • enjoys working in cross-functional and international teams, both technical and non-technical
  • are comfortable with stakeholder communication and thrive in a collaborative environment
  • are fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • are proactive, solution-oriented, and a true team player.

Graduate Programme

The Graduate Programme at Demant offers you a unique opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills. You will join us in creating life-changing differences through hearing health to millions of people worldwide.

For the programme starting on 1st September 2025, we offer eight different tracks; Quality Engineering, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Global Business / Retail, Commercial Excellence, Audiology and IT. No matter which track you choose, the programme will lead you through a two-year journey. Depending on the track, you will have 3-4 different rotations lasting for 6-8 months each.
