Then we have a truly unique opportunity in our Hearing Instruments Group, where we are looking for a visionary Senior Director to lead and develop our Chipset group within our Device Hardware organization.
We are approximately 60 skilled employees in our Chipset group, who are responsible for realising the physical part of our highly integrated chipsets for all Demant’s hearing instruments – through inhouse IC development, partnerships and use of commercially available solutions. Success is built on close collaboration across whole R&D, and strong relations with our external suppliers.
As the Senior Director of our chipset group, you will be heading up the chipset leadership team. Together with the leadership team, you will ensure that we are at the forefront in all aspects for having the right chipsets available for enabling our world-class hearing instruments.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with an IC engineering background and senior-level experience in leading development within a product development organisation. You have a clear focus on optimization and automation. You have a previous experience with of effectively navigating and working within large organizational structures.
