The role and opportunities

As a Graduate in CFO Services, you’ll be part of our Assurance Advisory services, where you’ll have the opportunity to build a truly exceptional experience by working across different sectors and businesses.

For our clients to stay competitive, it is necessary that their available resources align with their needs. To do this, interim assistance is becoming an increasingly popular way of gaining the perfect consultant for a shorter period. At CFO-Services we strive to become the CFO’s most trusted advisor, and we can help in all areas of our clients’ economic team.

At CFO-services, we believe that the most trusted advisor is one, who understands all areas of the economic function. And to fully understand the areas, you need to experience them. This is why we have tailored a career-program, in which you will progress through the layers of the economic functions, from bookkeeping to interim CFO. Thus, as a graduate at CFO-Services, your initial engagements will be as support in bookkeeping, and gradually gain responsibility of monthly figures, engaging in a more financial controller-like role, before becoming a strategic advisor for the CFO.

Your profile

• You are familiar with debit and credit. You have basic understanding of debit and credit in bookkeeping, and preferably you have experience with one or more known ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Oracle, Microsoft BC, or similar).

Qualifications:

• You are planning to graduate in 2026 with a business or finance degree, e.g.: cand.merc.(aud.), cand.merc.(fir.), or similar
• You speak and write Danish fluently and you are comfortable in speaking English
• Preferably you have had a student job in a finance team

The steps in our recruitment process are as follows:

1. Application: Fill out the application form and upload your CV and a copy of your most recent grade transcript.
2. Assessment: After submitting your application, you will receive a link to our assessment within a few days. The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes and must be completed by 19 November.
3. Video: Following the assessment, you are required to complete a brief video interview consisting of three questions outlining your motivation for this role. You can complete this at your convenience; however, it must be submitted by 23 November.
4. Interview: Selected candidates will be invited to two rounds of face-to-face interviews including one case interview. The interviews will take place in November and December 2025.

As we are reviewing applications on a continues basis, we highly recommend you to apply and complete tests and video assessments as soon as possible, as the positioned might be filled out prior to deadline.
