How you will make an impact

You will join the Foodservice Marketing team in Denmark, championing Danish gastronomy, health and sustainability with influential ambassadors. Day to day, you will collaborate closely with Brand, Channel marketing and Sales to support customers and shape go-to-market strategies. As a team we are passionate about what we do. As our new Culinary Lead, you will energize Arla Pro, our dedicated Foodservice brand, by bringing expert, hands-on culinary guidance to customers across Ala Carte Restaurants, Quick Service Restaurants, Canteens, Public Health and Bakery. You will turn trends into impact by developing recipes and content (e.g., magazines), leading workshops and translating customer needs into actionable solutions that drives the business forward.

Your key responsibilities

- will be driving the culinary agenda, create relevant and inspiring content targeting professional chefs, securing relevance of innovations and drive workshops across different types of customers. It is a pivotal role, where it is important to be on top of culinary trends, engage in culinary networks and understand customer needs to identify opportunities and risks.

Furthermore your key tasks will be to:

  • Understand Customer needs – be the voice of the chefs
  • Be on top of culinary trends within Full service restaurants, Quick Service restaurants, Canteens, Public sector, Pastry and Bakery
  • Create recipes and participate in photo shoots
  • Collaborate with influential culinary ambassadors
  • Application test of innovations to secure product quality, functionality and performance
  • Support in creating value propositions and relevant applications as part of sell in materials
  • Participate in trade fairs and other culinary events
  • Educate and train customers and sales organizations
  • Develop and execute customer workshops
  • Drive existing and new culinary partnerships
  • Part of Arla Pro Global Culinary Lead Community

You should expect 10 - 15 days of travelling, primarily in Denmark.

As Culinary Lead you will be referring to Head of Marketing i Foodservice Denmark, Anette Boye.

What will make you successful

We imagine that the ideal candidate is a qualified chef with a versatile background, such as proven experience as an Restaurant chef, Canteen chef (pastry/bakery is a plus) and possibly an education in Nutrition and Health, Management or other relevant experience. You are outgoing, driven and persistent and are comfortable joining Sales on customer visits and turning opportunities into action.

You are naturally curious and aware of trends, you stay on top of how top chefs are inspiring other chefs and translate trends into relevant recipes and content. You have experience with planning and running impactful workshops and are active in industry networks.

You are product‑savvy, with a good understanding of different dairy products and how they perform in cooking and baking. Finally, you communicate clearly in Danish and English, have a commercial mindset, build strong relationships, and have the courage to challenge conventional thinking to continuously develop Danish gastronomy.
