Som Sales Assisant skal du have en passion for salg og god kundeservice. Du skal have en stærk teamånd, der sikrer, at butikken står professionelt og at kunderne mødes i øjenhøjde og altid føler sig velkomne i butikken.

  1. Agere som butikschefens højre hånd
  2. Servicere kunder og sikre de får en unik kundeoplevelse
  3. Sparring med butikschefen med fokus på omsætning og resultater i form af nøgletal og KPI’er
  4. Udvikling og optimering af butikkens udtryk, vareplacering og effektivisering

Sådan spiller du dig på holdet

Vi leder efter en kollega, der både brænder for sit fag og for holdspillet – og som deler vores værdier om ansvarlighed, fællesskab og konstant udvikling.

For at lykkes i rollen, forventer vi, at du:

  1. Har erfaring fra en lignende stilling og er over 18 år
  2. Har sans for detaljer, er udadvendt og tør sætte retningen
  3. Har erfaring med merchandising, vil vi se som et plus
