Do you want to orchestrate integration across advanced mechanical, electrical, and software systems in a globally recognized med-tech company? Join us in our mission to develop innovative diagnostic hearing and balance solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives.
We are looking for a Technical Project Lead who acts with urgency and confidence to align and orchestrate cross-disciplinary product development, ensuring our advanced systems work seamlessly from concept to launch. If you enjoy solving complex problems and executing change, this is your opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, forward-thinking setting where your leadership will motivate teams to deliver on significant targets.
As our new Technical Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring all elements of our products -mechanics, electronics, and software - come together in a coherent and efficient system. You will be a direct and clear communicator, guiding the integration process from concept to release. By making decisions and being accountable, you will ensure that design choices across disciplines align with a unified system architecture and ensure results and goals completion.
This newly established role provides you with an exclusive opportunity to define your contributions and guide our approach to integrating and launching innovative products. Your focus will be on technical coordination, early risk identification, and continuous improvement of integration practices. You will handle objections and lead solutions, ensuring obstacles are overcome and objectives are met effectively.
In this role, you will work on advanced systems that combine mechanics, electronics, and software. As the key driver, you will ensure all components integrate into a robust, reliable solution. If you are motivated by solving complex engineering challenges and making a real impact, this is your chance to join a forward-thinking med-tech company where your contributions help professionals and patients around the world.
Plan and prioritize integration activities to reduce technical risk and accelerate system verification, ensuring transparency in technical maturity with a focus on targets and test results.
You will be part of the DGS R&D department, supporting multiple brands in hearing diagnostics. Our team of over 100 engineers spans mechanics, electronics, and software, with locations in Denmark, Poland, and Malaysia.
Your main base will be at our modern Interacoustics HQ in Middelfart, Denmark, reporting directly to the R&D Manager for Mechanics.
