Retail media is one of the fastest-growing areas in digital commerce. As brands and retailers increasingly invest in reaching shoppers at the point of purchase, this role becomes a key driver of growth, visibility, and competitive edge.
As Retail Media Specialist, you will be instrumental in executing Arla Denmark’s retail media strategy. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders across a dynamic matrix organization, ensuring that our media investments deliver measurable commercial impact.
You will contribute to selecting the most effective retail media tools and tactics, support campaign execution, and help translate performance data into actionable insights. Your work will play a key role in how Arla appears across retailer platforms, apps, and in-store environments.

You will engage frequently with customers and should expect regular travel to Sjælland. While your base is in Denmark, you will also collaborate virtually with colleagues across Arla’s European organization.
You are either a media expert with strong digital instincts or a digital marketer with a passion for media mechanics. Whether you come from a startup or a large corporate environment, you bring value through insight, agility, and execution.
