As Marketing Manager, Teamsport, you will be part of the Group Marketing team and report to our Head of Football Marketing. Your main responsibility will be to strengthen hummel’s teamsport business, with a particular focus on attracting and activating grassroots clubs.

The role is about taking the strong assets and activations we create with our PRO clubs and scaling these into the wider teamsport business, ensuring that our brand is consistently activated across all levels of the game.

More About the Role and Your Responsibilities

  • Execute the teamsport marketing strategy defined by the Head of Football Marketing, ensuring global consistency and local relevance.
  • Lead the planning and execution of campaigns that strengthen hummel’s presence in the wider teamsport market.
  • Collaborate with the Pro Sponsorship Lead to activate and leverage major sponsorships for commercial impact in all channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Creative, PR) to align teamsport marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Develop marketing assets, toolkits, and activation plans to support markets, clubs, and partners.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of sponsorship and partnership activations, from top-level clubs to grassroots initiatives.
  • Support seasonal retail collections twice a year, ensuring football/teamsport relevance in consumer-facing channels (smaller share of role).
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and KPIs to track and optimize campaign performance.

How to Make the Team

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about their field and a true team player. You take responsibility, thrive in collaboration, and are curious about how we can continuously improve – together.

To succeed in the role, we expect that you:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sports marketing — experience from football or broader teamsport marketing is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in executing marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Experience working with both brand and commercial objectives, balancing creativity with ROI.
  • Strong understanding of B2B, B2C, and wholesale dynamics within the sportswear or teamsport sector.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel, primarily in Europe.
  • Fluent in English (Danish is a plus).
