Transfer Pricing Specialist

As the Demant Group has grown considerably over the years and continues to do so, we would like to add one more Transfer Pricing Specialist to our team. We invite you to join the Transfer Pricing team (currently 4 people). We are a part of Group Tax in Global Finance which consists of 12 people in total. The Transfer Pricing team has global responsibility for transfer pricing in the Demant Group, making this an opportunity to work with colleagues from around the world. Your base will be at the headquarter in Smørum. Currently the Transfer Pricing team is based both in Denmark and Poland.

Besides compliance tasks, the Transfer Pricing team is involved in many cross-department projects where transfer pricing plays an important role.

The Transfer Pricing Team

The team consists of four skilled people specializing in Transfer Pricing. We have a good atmosphere in the team, and you can expect a supportive manager as well as a coaching approach to leadership which will give you the opportunity to grow and develop in the role.

Joining us, you can look forward to taking on the following responsibilities:

• Global Transfer pricing compliance work
• Operational transfer pricing
• TP audits (in cooperation with local finance teams)
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders (finance colleagues, business, auditors, external advisers, tax authorities)
• Projects (relating to TP models, structuring, systems, business models etc.)
• Analyses of pricing, margins, CbCR data
• Preparing and conducting training for colleagues
• Keeping up to date with Transfer Pricing related developments in legislation, case law and local practice
• Building effective internal relationships within Finance and the business organization globally

When carrying out your tasks, you will work closely with colleagues in Group Tax, Local- and Global Finance, external advisors and tax authorities. Furthermore, you will obtain an in-depth understanding of the Demant business.

What we are looking for

An experienced Transfer Pricing Specialist from a similar position as an in-house transfer pricing specialist or from a similar position in an advisory firm or at the tax authorities with:

• An educational background as Master of Laws or Master of business administration and commercial law or other relevant education
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Skills to manage your own time, adjust to new tasks/priorities and willing to take initiatives
• Well organized and detailed oriented way of working, delivering high quality work
