Then you are our new People Operations Specialist at hummel!
As People Operations Specialist, you’ll become part of our Group People & Culture team – a department of around 5 dedicated colleagues with different backgrounds. We play on the team that has the most fun – and we always play offense! For us, it’s all about taking initiative, supporting each other, and celebrating both the small and big wins.
In Group People & Culture, we are responsible for driving the daily People & Culture operations at Group level and ensuring alignment across hummel – we work closely with the whole business.
As People Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality data, seamless workflows, and managing your own projects. This is a key role for you who thrives on building and optimizing systems, driving automation, and translating people data into insights that shape better decisions and experiences.
