You will be based at the Demant headquarters in Smørum, a half-an-hour S-train ride away from Copenhagen city centre.
We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager who’s passionate about campaign execution and performance marketing. In this role, you’ll manage and optimize paid social lead generation campaigns across a portfolio of markets, using pre-defined briefs and budgets from local teams.
You won’t need to plan campaigns from scratch, your mission is to execute, analyze, and improve campaign performance across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring we deliver qualified leads efficiently and at scale.

For the programme starting on 1st September 2025, we offer eight different tracks; Quality Engineering, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Global Business / Retail, Commercial Excellence, Audiology and IT. No matter which track you choose, the programme will lead you through a two-year journey. Depending on the track, you will have 3-4 different rotations lasting for 6-8 months each.
