Product Manager – Heating & Cooling Solutions livestock farming

As the strategic owner of SKOV A/S’s Heating and Cooling product portfolio, you will lead one of the company’s most commercially critical areas, delivering high-performance climate solutions tailored to modern livestock production. Your mission is to transform this product area into the market’s most competitive and value-driven offering, directly impacting farm productivity, animal welfare, and energy efficiency.

You are commercially driven with deep technical insight into the agricultural industry. Your background in heating and cooling technologies for animal farming enables you to identify market gaps, shape product strategy, and drive profitable growth across global markets.

Key responsibilities and tasks

  • Own and drive the product roadmap with a sharp commercial lens, leveraging global market intelligence, customer feedback, and industry trends to define high-impact development priorities.
  • Lead feature specification and collaborate closely with R&D to ensure technical excellence and market relevance.
  • Develop robust business cases for new product initiatives, balancing innovation with financial viability and strategic alignment.
  • Manage the product area, with accountability for revenue growth, margin optimization, and lifecycle performance.
  • Enable and energize global sales teams through targeted training, go-to-market strategies, and compelling value propositions.

Your profile

  • Proven product management and business development success, ideally within agricultural climate systems or other relevant industries.
  • Strong technical foundation, B.Sc. or M.Sc. in mechanical or electrical engineering, hands-on experience in heating and cooling technologies for livestock environments
  • Commercial insight and supplementary education in business or marketing are a plus.
  • Experience or understanding of animal farming operations through formal education or practical exposure is highly desirable.
