The opportunity

Are you a proactive, business-oriented professional with a passion for HR? We are seeking an HR Business Partner to elevate our HR function within the Consulting business area. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leaders at various levels and work alongside our Nordic and Danish HR teams.

Your key responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies into operational execution. Your role encompasses the full HR spectrum, including leading development initiatives across the Nordic region. Key responsibilities include driving the annual People Review and remuneration process, coaching leaders and managing performance and talent processes. You will also be analyzing data to identify needs and crafting tailored solutions for business development. You will serve as the first point of contact for HR-related matters and support the broader HR agenda.

You will join EY’s Talent Team in Denmark, benefiting from exceptional support from colleagues across Denmark and the Nordics.

Skills and attributes for success

We view the HRBP role as vital for business development, valuing a consultative approach that aligns with business needs. To thrive in this position, you should have a relevant academic background and HR experience, along with a strong interest in business development and a commitment to continuous learning.

In our global organization, we drive both local projects and global implementation. Change management competence and experience from various projects are of great value.

In our fast-paced industry, adaptability is key. We seek an efficient, structured, and proactive communicator with strong analytical skills. You should be comfortable presenting in both physical and virtual settings and build trust with leaders at all levels.

Proficiency in the Office suite, an interest in generative AI, and fluency in both Danish and English (spoken and written) are essential.
