Student Assistant - Digital Marketing

Join our Digital Marketing team

As a Student Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting Demant’s bi-yearly product campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives. You will work closely with your manager and the Digital Marketing team working on website and content management, campaign execution, and reporting. You will be part a team located in Denmark and Poland, while also connected to the wider Digital Marketing Organization with 30 dedicated colleagues working across paid media, content creation, website development, and global campaigns.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you will also interact with colleagues in Brand Management, Audiology, Creative Development, and Commercial Operations.

In this role you will make an impact by:

• Coordinating and organizing digital content and assets for product launches and other digital campaigns.
• Assisting with social media management and content creation.
• Supporting evaluation of paid media performance.
• Managing digital tools such as Hootsuite and Canva.
• Assisting with internal tools and platforms for content distribution and review
• Creating and distributing internal newsletters.
• Supporting community management and customer success communication

What You Bring

You are in the final year of your bachelor’s degree or at the beginning of your master’s degree,
preferable with a focus on marketing, communications, or international business.

• Strong written and spoken English skills, with a good sense of clear and effective communication.
• Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong coordination skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, and familiarity with digital tools (CMS, social media or analytics tools is a plus).
• Curiosity, creativity, and a positive attitude toward learning and problem-solving.
• Experience from a marketing organization or a large international company is an advantage but not a requirement

Practical Information

• This job will be in Smørum, Denmark
• Working time: expected 10-20 hours per week with flexibility during exam periods.
• Hybrid work with the exception of 1-2 days per week at the office.
• Travel outside Denmark is not required for this role.
