As a Student Assistant in Commercial Technology, you will play a key role in our diverse and International team by collaborating with various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will vary based on the team’s specific projects and priorities, focusing primarily on:

• Support local marketing activities across our 20+ markets around the Globe using our Global platforms and processes
• Prepare and conduct training for our markets
• Support on projects and workshops with our markets and Global colleagues

Positioned within the International Sales department, our team offers you the opportunity to work alongside sales and marketing colleagues across multiple teams, contributing to our shared mission of optimizing operations within our global hearing aid wholesale business.

To excel in this role, we imagine that you:

• Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least two years remaining in your studies. While your motivation for a career at the intersection of IT and Business matters most, your field of study is less important to us.
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Have a strong interest in Business and IT, operating with a commercial mindset.
• Are naturally curious and an excellent communicator who quickly builds networks.
• Are a team player who values knowledge sharing but can also work independently, managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

Your employment will be tailored to suit your studies, with a workload of 8-15 hours per week. While your primary workplace will be our HQ, we also provide the flexibility to work from home when needed.
