All in all, we are 50+ engineers and technicians in our Hardware Electronics Group. Our main goal is to develop electronic solutions for all Demant’s hearing instruments and accessories. Our team integrates the company’s proprietary narrow-pitched 200 μm IC’s, onto tiny PCBs along with technologies like Bluetooth & NFMI antennas, acoustical & magnetic transducers and batteries, to finally put the entire hearing amplifier system together.
Joining us, you will play a crucial role in various stages of product development — from concept and design to verification and handover for mass production. You will design electronics platforms that meet complex technical requirements while pushing for more compact devices with advanced technologies. As part of a cross-functional Agile team working in the SAFe framework, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines. Together with other parts of the organization, your work will have a direct and concrete effect on both product quality and the quality of live for our users.
We are expanding our Electronics teams with multiple new positions across a range of experience levels. Some of you will be recent graduates with solid theoretical knowledge. Others will bring several years of experience from the industry.

Good Electronics & Engineering background
You probably hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering and bring a drive to solve complex technical challenges. You enjoy sharing knowledge with your team and bring curiosity to your work — whether it’s designing new solutions or improving existing ones. You are comfortable working in an agile environment and may already have experience with Scrum or SAFe. Most importantly, you thrive in a large organization and collaborate effectively across departments.

For the programme starting on 1st September 2025, we offer eight different tracks; Quality Engineering, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Global Business / Retail, Commercial Excellence, Audiology and IT. No matter which track you choose, the programme will lead you through a two-year journey. Depending on the track, you will have 3-4 different rotations lasting for 6-8 months each.
