What will you be doing?

As a Logistics Service Coordinator, you will be the link between our customers, warehouse, and transport partners. You will ensure smooth daily operations and deliver the best solutions for our customers.

Your tasks will include:

  • Daily coordination between customers and the warehouse
  • Assisting with planning and optimizing logistics processes
  • Ensuring all deadlines and service levels are met
  • Handling customer service tasks and administrative routines
  • Following up on KPIs and helping ensure targets are met
  • Contributing with input to improve workflows and routines
  • Supporting transport bookings and communication with partners
  • Ensuring that our logistics solutions are efficient and value-creating

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • A strong understanding of warehouse and transportation solutions
  • A structured and detail-oriented way of working
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work independently
  • A service-oriented and relationship-building mindset
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • IT skills, including MS Office and preferably WMS experience
